  •  Tracked over 3–9 months, based on complexity

Additional Notes:

  •  Retainership and success fee are billed independently.
  •  All fees are exclusive of taxes (e.g., GST).
  •  Engagement terms are finalized via a customized Scope of Work (SOW) and service agreement.
